Website Use

Our website provides general information about Skylake Insurance. You agree to use it for lawful purposes. Website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Skylake Insurance and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

Information on our website can help you explore insurance options, but it may not describe every policy term, condition, or exclusion. Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not create insurance coverage. The terms of an issued policy determine the coverage available to you.

Text Messaging Consent

We send text messages to people who have opted in to receive them. When you sign up, we will identify Skylake Insurance, describe the messages you can expect, and provide the details of that messaging program. Consent for one program applies to that program; it does not enroll you in other messaging campaigns.

The invitation to sign up will explain the program’s purpose, whether messages recur, and how you can get help or opt out. It will also provide access to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Providing your phone number on our website does not, by itself, mean you have signed up for every Skylake Insurance messaging program.

For recurring messages, we will send a confirmation identifying the program and explaining the message frequency, how to get help, how to opt out, and whether message or data charges may apply. The number of messages you receive will depend on the program described when you enroll.

Opting Out and Getting Help

You can opt out of a Skylake Insurance text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to a message from that program. We may send one final message confirming your request. After that confirmation, we will stop sending messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Please tell us which phone number receives the messages so we can help with your request. Your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply when you send or receive texts.

Privacy

We want you to understand how your information is handled before you sign up for text messages. Our Privacy Policy explains:
